Support
Something not working, or something not making sense? This says who answers, how long it takes, and what the assistant inside BrandManager will and will not do — which is the question we are asked most.
Who answers
The people who build it. There is no support tier and no ticket queue: hello@brandmanager.pro reaches us for anything about the product, studio@brandmanager.pro for agency and multi-brand work, and security@brandmanager.pro for anything you would rather we saw first. We are a small team, so a reply usually takes a day or two.
Reporting something broken
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — in that order, and in your own words. A screenshot of the screen you were on is worth more than a description of it. If you can say which brand workspace you were in, we can usually find the rest ourselves.
Found a security problem?
Write to security@brandmanager.pro before you write anywhere else, and we will answer. We will not threaten you, and we will not ask you to keep quiet indefinitely — we will ask for enough time to fix it, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
What the assistant does
It drafts. Captions, hashtags, alt text, a summary of a page, ideas for posts — each one lands in a field you then edit. It writes alt text by looking at the actual image rather than guessing from a filename, because alt text is the one field read by people who cannot check it themselves.
What the assistant never does
It does not publish, schedule or send. Nothing it writes leaves your workspace until you send it. If a draft runs past a channel's character limit we tell you by how much rather than cutting it — a caption chopped mid-word is worse than one you were told is thirty characters long. And when it is not connected to a provider it says so, rather than quietly producing nothing.
What it is not told about you
The assistant is given the brand you are working in and what you asked for. It is not given your other brands, your team, your account or anything you did not put in front of it, and it is instructed not to state facts about your brand that you have not given it.
